Do you have several products that sell well individually? Why not bundle them together? This not only increases the ASP, but also often reduces the variable shipping costs for the item.
3. Change your portfolio mix
Your advertising and promotional budgets shouldn’t just be focused on brand objectives. If profitability is a priority, you also need to spend more on higher-priced offers. This will raise the ASP at the account level and improve your variable cost structures.
