Greene King has announced that Sandra Turner will be joining its board as a Non-Executive Director from the start of May.
The brewer and pub operator highlighted that Turner has “many years” experience in consumer goods and retail having worked for Tesco Unilever and Wilkinson Sword. At Tesco, she was Commercial Director of its Irish operations for six years up until 2009.
Sandra is currently a Non-Executive Director at Greggs, McBride, and Huhtamäki Oyj.
Greene King’s Chairman Philip Yea commented: “I am delighted Sandra has agreed to join our board. She brings a strong mix of experience from both executive and non-executive roles in diverse consumer-oriented companies and we look forward to her contribution.”
