Gousto Moves Into Northern Ireland

Recipe box firm Gousto has expanded into Northern Ireland, marking its first venture outside mainland UK.

Gousto will offer 100 weekly recipes to consumers in Northern Ireland. It will also be the only recipe box provider to cater for one through to five-person households.

“We are incredibly excited to bring Gousto to even more households with the launch in Northern Ireland,” said Timo Boldt, CEO and Founder of Gousto.

“We’re offering Northern Ireland the same amazing choice and variety the rest of the country has come to love, with chef-created recipes to suit all occasions and tastes. This expansion is a significant step in our vision to become the UK’s most loved way to eat dinner”.

Gousto’s high-tech fulfilment centre in Warrington will pick, pack and deliver the boxes for Northern Ireland.

The company’s use of tech and AI helped Gousto return to profit in 2023, delivering a record underlying EBITDA of £26m and industry-leading margins.
