JJ Foodservice Focused On Expansion

JJ Foodservice has revealed that it is on the hunt to acquire more properties to support its expansion plans.

Following record sales of £170m for the first three quarters of its current financial year, up 14% on the same period the previous year, the wholesaler stated that it was gearing up to bring “quality products, a slick ordering process and a state-of-the-art delivery operation” to more caterers across the UK.

Group General Manager for JJ’s, Terry Larkin, commented: “We’re ready to grow – but our biggest challenge is finding suitable freehold sites. We are urging anyone with a warehouse between 20,000 sq. ft. and 50,000 sq. ft. in West London to get in touch.”

JJ Foodservice currently has eleven UK branches in Enfield, Sidcup, Basingstoke, Dagenham, Birmingham, Bristol, Doncaster, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.

The business also stated that it was seeking sites outside of London.
