Wyevale Garden Centres has sold off another of its sites, continuing a programme launched in May 2018.
The company said it has sold its Bournville Garden Centre to British Garden Centres (BGC), for an undisclosed price. With this move, Wyevale has sold 16 centres in all to BGC. The Bournville site will continue to be operated as a garden centre following the completion of the deal (expected to take place in mid-August).
With this move, Wyevale’s nearly 150-store portfolio has now shrunk to 22 garden centres, plus six more centres trading under license.
