Superdrug Opens ‘Best-In-Class’ Store

Superdrug has opened a major new store today in the Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

At 6,000 sq. ft., the store is one of the largest Superdrug stores within the M25, offering a wide range of health & beauty products and everyday toiletries.

The store also features its own Beauty Studio area, where customers can access professional treatments, including eyebrow and lashes, piercing and nail services. Meanwhile, a host of essential healthcare services are available through pharmacy and nurse clinics.

The “best-in-class” store is the third of its kind in the Superdrug estate following the opening of units in Manchester Trafford Centre and Dublin Dundrum earlier this year. The bigger Superdrug stores focus on “enhancing the physical shopping experience” with additional beauty and health services.

Nigel Duxbury, Property Director at Superdrug, said: “The new opening allows us to continue growing the presence of Superdrug in London and demonstrates our continued investment into providing our customers with the best in-store experiences.

“With a wide range of popular health and beauty brands, a professional beauty studio, Christmas gifting, and a luxury fragrance counter, we’re confident that local customers will love and welcome the new store.”

NAM Implications:
  • If this M25 Superdrug store works as well as its two predecessors…
  • …anticipate a rollout as fast as Superdrug can afford.
  • At least worth a store visit?
