A.G. Barr Appoints Former Britvic Exec As New Chief Commercial Officer

Dino Labbate has been appointed as the new Chief Commercial Officer at A.G. Barr, the owner of soft drinks brands such as IRN-BRU, Rubicon, and Boost.

Labbate took up the role this week having spent seven years at Britvic, most recently as GB Commercial Director for Hospitality. He also previously worked for Kraft Heinz, Burton’s Biscuits, and Northern Foods.

Euan Sutherland, CEO of the A.G. Barr, said: “This is a new role for the business and reflects our growth ambitions. Dino’s FMCG experience, enthusiasm and commitment have made an instant impact on the business. He understands soft drinks and has considerable knowledge across grocery, wholesale, out of home and on-premise, which will play a pivotal role in developing all brands in the business.”
