Caroline Thompson-Hill has been appointed as the new Regional Managing Director for Europe at Accolade Wines.

Leading the company’s largest market, she will be responsible for driving “significant growth opportunities” across its brand portfolio, including the Echo Falls and Hardys ranges.
Thompson-Hill has over 17 years’ experience within the drinks sector, including previous roles at Treasury Wine Estates and Diageo. She joined Accolade Wines in 2019 as European Marketing Director and has been the acting MD for the UK & Ireland since April.
The previous regional MD for Europe, Ade McKeon, left the business in April this year.
Meanwhile, Martin McGowan has been appointed as Sales Director – UK & Ireland. He joins the business from Chapel Down where he was Global Sales Director. McGowan has previously held roles at Treasury Wine Estates Europe, Lindt, Maxxium and Beam Global.
Thompson-Hill commented: “I’m honoured to lead the European side of Accolade Wines, in what is a very exciting time for the business.
