Arla Warns Of Price Rise If No Brexit Deal

The head of Arla’s UK operation has warned that prices may rise sharply in the event of a no-deal Brexit.

The maker of brands such as Cravendale Milk and Lurpak imports about 15% of its products. Speaking to the BBC, the company’s Managing Director Ash Amirahmadi stated that if the UK could not strike a free trade deal with the EU, tariffs could add as much as 30% to their prices.
