DCS Group has announced the appointment of Carl Palmer as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
After starting his career at Unilever, he has gained operational leadership experience across a variety of FMCG organisations, including Associated British Foods and PepsiCo, before moving to his previous position as UK Supply Chain Director at PZ Cussons.
Palmer’s role at DCS will be to oversee all group operations, both in its head office and distribution centre in Banbury, and DCS Manufacturing based in Redditch in Worcestershire.

A successful business model has delivered 30 years of continuous growth across sales & distribution, manufacturing, co-pack and export, and this is all underpinned by an incredible team, which I’m now proud to be a part of.
