Recipes of popular supermarket products are being secretly changed to save money despite price increases for consumers, an investigation confirms.

Channel 4’s Dispatches programme, which airs tonight, accuses food firms such as Ella’s Kitchen and Jacobs and supermarkets including Tesco and Morrisons of the practice called ‘skimpflation’.
