Noble Foods, the owner of egg brands such as the Happy Egg Co and Big & Fresh, has acquired JustEgg Chilled Foods Ltd, a manufacturer of hard boiled eggs, egg mayonnaise and poached eggs.
Financial details of the deal were revealed, but Noble Foods stated that the acquisition was a natural fit and supports its long-term strategy to grow and diversify.
