Nurture Brands Makes Another Acquisition

Fresh juice manufacturer, The Juice Executive, has become the latest business to be acquired by Nurture Brands.

The deal adds premium fresh juices, functional shots, cleanses, and nut mylks to the Nurture Brands plant-based product portfolio.

“We have been making the highest quality organic fresh juices in Kent for the last nine years,” said Alex Auger, founder of The Juice Executive.

“Joining Nurture Brands means our delicious products can be enjoyed by more people, with the ability to expand into new channels across the UK”.

The Juice Executive facilities include a production facility for the manufacture of raw and HPP organic and non-organic juice, as well as a dedicated allergen processing facility for nut and plant-based mylks.

Nurture Brands founder, Ben Arbib, commented: “This is an exciting step for Nurture Brands. The Juice Executive not only gives us a sustainable, SALSA and Soil Association certified manufacturing base but also the opportunity to bring exciting ‘home grown’ innovation to market for our customers.”

The Juice Executive currently manufactures private-label juices for a variety of customers across the UK. Adam Draper, Managing Director of Nurture Brands, said: “This acquisition will not impact any customers for whom we supply own label products, and we hope that our group accreditations of B Corp, 1% for the Planet and carbon neutrality will be well received by Juice Executive’s current customer base”.

Auger will remain in place to lead the juice operation and join Nurture Brands’ leadership team.

The Nurture Brands portfolio is certified B-Corp, carbon neutral and commits 1% of net revenue to good causes through 1% for the Planet. Its house of brands includes Rebel Kitchen, EMILY, Doisy & Dam, Jax Coco, Indie Bay and The Primal Pantry.
