pladis has announced the appointment of Jennifer Moss as its new global Chief Research and Development (R&D) Officer.
Moss, who will start in her new role in November 2020, will join the pladis leadership team to “focus on a cutting-edge approach to innovation to build a pipeline of new and exciting products to meet the needs of consumers.”
She has an extensive background in FMCG and R&D, spanning nearly three decades, having worked for Procter & Gamble, Unilever and, most recently, Campbell Arnott’s. In the last role, she led innovation for the portfolio across Australia and Asia, built effective technology strategies across multiple geographies, and rejuvenated brands such as ‘Shapes’, ‘Via-Weat’, and ‘Tim Tams’.
