SalesOut IRI Agrees Data Deal With C&C’s Wholesale Units

Wholesale data provider SalesOut IRI has announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine, the drinks distributors owned by the C&C Group.

The deal will mean that Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine can access real-time insights on their performance to “uncover opportunities for growth”.

The sharing of data should allow both companies to further collaborate with their suppliers. SalesOut IRI also claims that a data-led approach will ensure that decisions are supported by insights and will be of benefit to all parties, not least customers.

The agreement marks SalesOut IRI’s first venture in the on-trade market. The company currently processes 20 million wholesale transactions every week, giving it unrivalled market oversight that is supported by its Client Services and Data teams.

The Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine insight portal will launch on the 31 August with a full ‘smart dashboard’, powered by SalesOut. The insight into the UK’s on-trade drinks sector will be available to Matthew Clark and Bibendum Wine’s employees and suppliers through action reports.
