Asda is rolling out Evri ParcelShops in all its stores – marking a first for a UK supermarket.
The tie-up will allow customers to collect and return parcels from thousands of different retailers at their local Asda store. The service has been launched in over 300 Asda locations, including its Express convenience sites and some supermarkets and superstores.
It will eventually be rolled out to all 1,200 Asda stores across the UK by April next year.
The group noted that the new service will make it even more convenient for customers to shop with Asda as they can pick up their groceries and collect parcels in one trip, reflecting its focus on offering a range of services under one roof.
The announcement follows Evri’s £50m investment, revealed in June 2025, to double its network of ParcelShops and Lockers to 25,000 locations by 2030.
Martijn de Lange, Chief Executive at Evri, said: “This landmark agreement with fellow Leeds-based Asda strengthens our commitment to creating a delivery network fit for the modern UK shopper, directly giving them choice, convenience and control.
“We are excited about the opportunities this new partnership will bring, helping us further drive our ambition to expand our capabilities and deliver an even more comprehensive, cost-effective, and customer-focused service across the UK and beyond.”
Chris Hall, Vice President, Logistics at Asda, added: “One of the things that sets Asda apart is our unmatchable mix of services, so we’re delighted to be partnering with Evri to be able to launch a brand-new one just in time for the festive season.
“We know how much our customers value convenience, and this service gives them the flexibility to collect or return an Evri parcel whether they’re popping in for a pint of milk in one of our Express stores or doing their big shop in one of our larger stores.”
