The Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) will be advising on evidence in a landmark High Court hearing, a move that could have significant implications for suppliers claiming to have been unfairly delisted by retailers.
A report by trade magazine The Grocer reveals that a judge ruled this week that Adjudicator Mark White should be allowed to intervene in the case pitting Aldi against its former sprout and brassica suppliers, John Clappison and Matthew Rawson.
