Two of the country’s leading supermarkets have been accused of misleading customers over recycling schemes involving their plastic bags.

- i.e. there is a pressing need to investigate what % of consumer-usage plastic can be recycled.
- The public needs to know this to assess the extent to which they can realistically participate in the recycling process…
