Morrisons has started selling its Nutmeg clothing brand online as more people shop from home during the coronavirus pandemic.
Offering womenswear, menswear and clothing for children, the new website site will complement the group’s growing non-food offer in its supermarkets.
Morrisons said the site will be updated regularly with new stock throughout the seasons.
Christine Bryce, Nutmeg clothing director at Morrisons, said: “With customers looking to shop online, we will be able to serve more people in more parts of the UK, including those who are self-isolating. We will be offering them access to current trends, seasonal staples and best in class products.”
Delivery is priced at £2.97 for items arriving within 14 working days of purchase. In addition, there is a £3.97 next day delivery option and customers are also able to click & collect.
NAM Implications:
- Morrisons ticking all the boxes re an additional revenue stream…
- …causing another issue for NAMs supplying traditional clothing stores.
