Wholesaler and SPAR retailer A.F. Blakemore has appointed Ian Kellett as its new Chief Financial Officer.
He has joined the group from Parkdean Resorts, where he was CFO for six years. Before that, he spent 10 years as CFO at Pets at Home and also worked for Staples UK and JD Wetherspoon.
Kellett will join A.F. Blakemore’s board and executive team, and be responsible for finance, property, IT and procurement.
The group’s CEO, Carol Welch, commented: “Ian brings a wealth of leadership and financial expertise, with a strong track record in business transformation, financial rigour, talent development and strategic planning, and will be instrumental as we continue to pursue our long-term future growth objectives.”
