Parfetts Unveils Plans For Virtual Trade Show

Parfetts has announced plans for its first virtual trade show as it continues to expand its wholesale and symbol group operations.

The event is free to join and will be open to all current and prospective customers. The group said that delegates will benefit from exclusive deals and the ability to network with suppliers.

The show will launch with two live days on 13 and 14 May, which will feature supplier presentations with interactive sessions.

Guy Swindell, Retail Director at Parfetts, commented: “The team has put a huge amount of effort into ensuring that we have a packed event with leading suppliers. I’m confident delegates will gain a lot of value by getting involved. It gives us the ability to reach more retailers than ever before and showcase everything that Parfetts has to offer while bringing suppliers and retailers together.”

Parfetts saw turnover during its last financial year surge up 26% to £474m. The group stated that it was currently trading strongly and expects sales to exceed £500m in 2021.

Parfetts is currently investing millions in its infrastructure and depots to increase capacity for its delivered operation. The wholesaler is also aiming to grow its Go Local symbol chain to 1,000 members over the next two years.
