Sandea Wholesale Agrees Deal To Acquire Swastik International

Sugro UK member, Sandea Wholesale, has entered into an agreement to acquire Swastik International (UK).

Sandea-Wholesale-Swastik-InternationalFounded in 2019 and based in Harrow, Middlesex, Sandea Wholesale operates in the wholesale and distribution sector, specialising in delivering a range of FMCG, cosmetics, toiletries, and OTC products to retailers, independent stores, and businesses across the UK.

To support its expansion plans, Sandea Wholesale has now entered into an agreement to acquire Swastik International, a FMCG wholesaler established in 2011 and based in Harrow, Greater London.

The unified business will operate under the Sandea Wholesale brand, offering an “expanded product portfolio, facilitating enhanced logistical capabilities, and ensuring a deepened commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction”. The integration process will begin immediately.

Sandea Wholesale stated that the acquisition represents a strategic step in its long-term vision to increase market presence and deliver added value through innovation, operational efficiency, and expanded geographic reach.
